I was born in Sóller, Mallorca. As a child I played and grew up in the kitchen at home, together with my parents and my brothers, I always behind my mother “a great cook”. There I discovered my passion for cooking.
At the age of 16 I was already working in the kitchen, I was training with different chefs, in restaurants, hotels, catering and private homes.
I always had the desire to invent and innovate my own dishes for the restaurant where I worked. Years passed and the desire to produce new elaborations was so great that in 2019 I decided to start my personal project, BARRETES RESTAURANT. We opened the doors and my dream came true.
Being aware of the magnificent location of the place, in the heart of Sóller, I began to develop something that I had longed for.
In our fabulous terrace you can nourish yourself with tranquility, surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, always taking care of all the details with delicacy and sophistication.
All the highest quality products enter our restaurant, always prioritizing local and seasonal products.
With my kitchen team, we have absolute synchrony. Developing all our work to obtain maximum efficiency and confidence with the room team, so that our wonderful dishes come out, in harmony. Always with my mysterious and exotic touch!
